Current Custom Homes designs your build and then builds to your specifications, providing clear communication, AI project management software during your entire project, transparent billing, creative building, and an understanding of building science.

Owned and operated by Dustin Current, he discovered his passion for construction at a young age! Dustin cultivated his love for building early, inspired by his grandmother, Jewel, a 4'11" firecracker who developed land and built homes on Lake Buchanan! After completing graduate school, Dustin honed his leadership skills in a Fortune 500 top hospitality company within their Internal Construction Division, overseeing 385 employees, where he emphasized transparent communication, conflict management, and servant leadership—principles he now brings to the world of Residential and Commercial construction and the Texas Hill Country. During and after the 2025 floods, Dustin immediately jumped in, redirecting and paying his crews to assist our local community, assisting home and business owners to save as much of their property, buildings, and furnishings as possible. Dustin donated thousands of hours cleaning out mold, testing foundations and structures, and assisting in the clearing out and rebuilding to aid those affected by the floods and the warm weather after.
