Keys Property Watch was started in 2020 by Derrick and Melissa Johnson to watch over a couple of Derrick's customer's homes while they could not be here. The year has been tough for everyone with the COVID-19 pandemic and some folks could not travel like they were used to. Their houses still needed someone to look after them and check on things. This was a natural fit for Derrick with his Real Est

ate business and Melissa's eye for details. There are many reasons to have someone check on it frequently.
