Time to put these guys on blast. This here is the dynamic duo father and son that I've worked for since their other plumber quit in the middle of a bunch of unfinished jobs in 2021. The kid has physically assaulted me both of them yell at me every time I see them. Call me a horrible, slow, unreliable plumber.
The other plumber they hired didn't work out for them and now I have been replaced again. Well he asked for a price and gave him the price calls back the same day says you can get job when can u start we are in a rush. I say next day. Well I see him next day and he says ." I hired another plumber and whoever can get there first gets the job and this time it's you. Well that's a lie he gave me the job based on my price then asked about my availability. Well I resubmitted another price $3000 higher. Lol see how bad they want it done. The homeowner's mad job has taken a long time already. Pretty much cut his own throat and I can name my price on this job because other plumber isn't available. Hahahaha

That's how it's done. Builder said cut that floor joist to many laminated beams in this house. It will be fine not carrying a load and he's going to beef it up. Stove vent will also cut the same floor joist. Lol pics in comments
