Perched atop Kayenta's hillside juts a striking balance between change and tradition, “The Point,” a distinctly desert modern design. The home’s predominately pinwheel like points were cleverly inspired for extensive majestic views from nearly every room, while maximizing the land’s topography creating expansive outdoor spaces. Geometry flows through the home keeping it interesting and open along with cantilevered overhangs accentuating shapes without obstructing views. Outdoor wall elements continue inside for an emphasis on sight-lines and sculpture. Perfectly appointed artwork and furnishings enhance this desert modern jewel box. The home’s entertaining outlook connects dramatic views with large storefront retractable doors providing flexible seating spaces, strategic utilities, and terraced swimming pool, to ensure ideal hosting for large or small numbers come rain or shine.

Another great project done.

Above Snow Canyon rests an original contemporary home with sloped metal roofs elevated for optimal views and light infused spaces giving an uplifting effect. The home projects a cantilevered vibe floating on a foundation chiseled deep beneath sandstone bedrock. Structurally exposed steel beams carry the flow of the home inside and out for a clean industrial aesthetic. Beautiful under-lit wood cabinets, wood ceilings and floors, add warmth while natural stone walls and fireplace facades anchor the home in its natural surroundings. A nestled outdoor covered kitchen, cozy fireplace, and custom swimming pool with large patios and misters, is the perfect theater for viewing each magnificent sandstone sunset!

This one turned out amazing. Loved working with them.

This luxury custom home is located on a 14 acre parcel with grand uninterrupted views of Southern Utah’s beautiful landscape. The high vaulted ceilings, grand windows & spacious bedrooms with hand crafted details bring to life the style and design that highlights the beautiful desert scenery. The design also compliments the liveliness of nature with an array of outdoor amenities; stargazing platforms, putting green, sports court, covered patios, outdoor kitchen, pool & spa with a stunning water feature.

Another great one I was able to be part of. Love seeing how they turn out.

Perched upon Green Springs golf course, this Contemporary design makes a statement. The high Anchor wall of stacked stone extends the depth of the entire home, from outer to inner wall. Architectural angles and windows are a standout. Works of art are curated with a variety of custom materials woven together by top craftsmen, for a completely unique, but unified aesthetic. Skylights and transoms shed light and warmth. While the color palette is simple, comfortable furnishings help to come off calming and serene. Telescoping window walls open off dining room to an outdoor covered patio and swimming pool, keeping family fun at the heart of the home.
