Doing a preliminary design before investing in house plans is always a smart move!

This property owner was hoping to add an ADU, but preliminary site work revealed the soil conditions wouldn’t support an additional conforming septic system.

Definitely a bummer—but finding that out early saved a lot of time, money, and frustration down the road.
A little upfront planning can make all the difference.
