Drywall project that was just completed for a wonderful client! Client will be painting and installing recessed lighting so all that was needed was the plaster demo, installation and finishing of drywall. 5/8 on ceiling. Project took roughly less than a week.

Good Morning Everyone! Hope your staying safe and warm. Update, been busy on a few projects. This was a soft flip, Duplex! Customer had some POS issues with cracks in mortar, broken step out front, awnings needed repainting and damaged gutter. Took care of all that. On top of trimming back bushes and cleaning up yard.

Inside the carpet was removed, added value by turning both 2BR 1Bath into 3BR 1 bath. Added a wall to create privacy and then a coat in the back room as well. Replaced carpet, refinished old tub to new, repainted all tile, replaced all flush mounts, painted the entire interior, and a few other small items. Customers were super pleased and look forward to working with them again!
