Phase I of Arrow’s latest development in Otsego, MN is nearing completion. This new 7,600 SF retail building is located in Otsego Waterfront East commercial development.
This building will be the new home for Kennedy Vision and The Little Gym. Kennedy will be relocating their vision clinic from Elk River to this location. The Little Gym is a new franchise business that is a place for children ages 4 months to 12 years (and their parents), to participate is gymnastics programs that help them learn and grow through movement and imaginative play. Kennedy Vision will open in January of 2024 while The Little Gym will open in February of 2024.
