But the real reason I'm texting is to let you folks know I ate lunch at the Burger King . Very clean and spacious and friendly folks here. I would definitely visit again and would recommend to all. SCAMMER ALERT SCAMMER ALERT.

Well good morning folks of Manvel and surrounding areas Today I got called out to a house in Del Bello area, which is in Manvel Texas. Home owner could not get his garage interior door leading into the house open. I explained to him that I needed to see ID before I come out. Long story short. His ID was showing an address in Alvin Tx. He had to go back to Alvin and retrieve tax papers to show he owned the property he was trying to gain entry. Well the Homeowner told me a story when he returned. Well between the time he ran back to Alvin and back to Manvel he received to calls. Homeowner spoke to me about it once he was at residence. He mentioned that 2 different numbers had called him saying if he needed a Locksmith. Homeowner asked who this was and where are yall located. The folks on the other side of phone hung up on him. He asked if I had given out his number . I replied no Sir. Homeowner said that I was the only one he called. One of the number he found. That number went to a other company well known. If it's a SMART LOCK door k**b prices range from $50.00 to $165.00 DEPENDING on how we open the door.

2. Detach only Deadbolt VIA Reverse Threading from outside. $50.00.
3. CAMERA- INSERTING CAMERA INTO SMART LOCK AND DECODE THE CUT TO MAKE KEY is usually $165.00. BUT for this SPECIAL OFFER would be $100.00.

Good afternoon folks of Manvel and surrounding area. PONDER this. We all use the internet to find things from A to Z. When you look up a business on the Internet. Said businesses have the full name address and phone numbers of business and contacts to let us the consumers know exactly where the product is made and or from. This is worldwide. So I ask the question. If y'all the consumers were to Google a Locksmith in your area. Why are they some Locksmiths Companies that don't post their address on websites, which should be available to the consumers. HMMM. Would y'all trust a business that will not advertise their address. Would y'all trust a person coming into your home without any marking and or ID of what business they work for.

We are regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety. If you wish to search a Locksmiths credentials. This is the place.

By Law, IF we identify ourselves as a Locksmith, then we are to carry an ID Card on our person while on the job. Our vehicles need to be Identified with the Name of Company and The Business License Number. If y'all don't see this. I would be very careful.

Good morning folks of Manvel Rosharon Iowa colony and surrounding areas. I would like to take this opportunity to inform yall who drive the Meridiana Parkway between Hwy 6 and 288. There is a section of road on both the west and east side that is covered by sheet of water. This is due to the irrigation leaking. This area is on a curve and or bend in the road. As the weather gets colder this small section of roads might and or will turn into Black Ice. For those who don't know what this is. It's when water freezes on the road. You will not know until it's to late. So be CAREFUL out there.
