Julie brings 20+ years of management experience in business operations, finance, human resources, and team development to Carlile Group. As Manager of Operations & Finance, she oversees financial operations, budgeting, internal processes, and human resources while supporting the leadership team and helping the business run smoothly.
Julie believes that a successful company is built as much on its people as its processes. She values clear communication, strong relationships, and a workplace where people feel supported and have plenty of reasons to celebrate. Her management philosophy centers on building strong teams while continually looking for ways to improve the way the organization works.
A longtime member of the local community, Julie enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and is almost always working on her next project. She brings the same energy and practicality to Carlile, helping create a workplace where good work gets done, and people enjoy being part of the team.
