Don’t let (probably) your biggest investment get behind on watering and foundation soil. You should keep the soil around your foundation, consistent with water year round. Turning off your system during the cool/cold months and not getting any rain can be very detrimental to your foundation. The soils here in Texas expand and contract so much that with no water for months cause huge gaps, and those gaps contribute to foundation movement. Contact us if you’re needing some help. A little preventative maintenance can save you tens of thousands of dollars down the road!
