We asked our employees for our National Tradesmen Day drawing one very important question:

What’s your jobsite “fuel” of choice to get you through the day?

Apparently, “coffee” was too basic. 😂

The real MVPs? Dr Pepper and energy drinks. 🥤⚡ Because nothing says “I’ve got 47 things to finish before quitting time” quite like a cold drink of caffeine.

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WINNER OF OUR NATIONAL TRADESMEN DAY DRAWING, SAMUEL T.! 🎉

In case you missed our first National Tradesmen Day post, we hosted a drawing for one lucky Tutor employee to win a full day of PTO! There was a catch, though: to enter, each participant had to answer three fun and silly questions about themselves and the electrical trade.

We received some hilarious and interesting answers that definitely delivered the laughs and made for some great stories!

As part of the deal, we’re sharing our lucky winner’s answers in the green and yellow graphic below. 💚💛

Samuel is a fourth-year apprentice who is set to graduate from the IEC next spring. He’s a great example of our core values of dependability, honesty, integrity, hard work, and pride.

And, as you can tell from his answers, Samuel also has a great sense of humor and knows how to make us smile!

Kids aren't the only ones returning to a new year of learning!

Our apprentices are heading back to the classroom, too, as they continue their journey toward becoming the skilled electricians of tomorrow at Fort Worth IEC and Dallas IEC.

We’re proud to support our hardworking apprentices as they balance hands-on training with classroom education, building the knowledge and skills needed for successful careers in the electrical industry.

We’re grateful for our partnership with IEC and have tremendous faith in the opportunities this program provides. Investing in apprentices means investing in the future of our industry—and we’re excited to see what this next year holds!
