We were proud to sponsor and participate in the 15th Annual Jaxon Anthony Memorial Foundation Clay Shoot, supporting a foundation that helps grieving families with infant burial costs at Skyvue Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens in Mansfield.

Later that day, our team also joined the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce's Chamber Bingo: Island Nights as a sponsor and participant.

Venus Construction is proud to be providing the underground utility infrastructure for Elada Phase 1A, a new residential development by Meritage Homes in Sanger, Texas. Our scope includes extensive onsite and offsite water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage improvements supporting this growing North Texas community.

✅ 32 fire hydrant assemblies
✅ 216 residential water services, including future-phase connections

✅ 10,700 LF of 8", 10", and 12" sanitary sewer
✅ 38 sanitary sewer manholes
✅ 200 sewer services, including future lots
✅ Existing system connections, concrete encasement, and testing

⛈️ 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡
✅ 8,500 LF of reinforced concrete pipe and box culverts
✅ Pipe ranging from 18" to 48" and box culverts up to 6' × 6'
✅ Curb inlets, drop inlets, manholes, and wingwalls
✅ Headwalls, riprap, and associated drainage improvements

🎉 𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝘆.

We recently broke ground on the future headquarters of Venus Construction, CLLA GROUP, and Tierra X Excavation—a new commercial development designed to bring our teams together while creating space for continued growth.

The 38,000-𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲-𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is planned to include office space, a workout facility, a restaurant, and additional commercial space.

We’re excited to watch this project take shape and even more excited about what it represents: continued investment in our people, our companies, and the future.
