I needed a broken ceiling fan replacement along with a few other things so I looked for a local electrician, and I am so glad I selected Cool Hand. The entire experience was great I called and someone picked up within a few rings and was able to walk me through the process and see someone the same day. I believe her name was Rebecca and the second time I called someone named Bella picked up they were both kind, prompt, and helpful. The electrician who came to my house, Shiloh, is simply amazing.He's kind and knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had for him. I think I told him I love you and you're amazing over 5 times. He quickly fixed my ceiling fan (thank goodness I need it in this Texas heat!), he fixed the plugs in the kitchen island and was able to fix a room where plugs were not working. The cost was very reasonable and while he was there he was able to do a walk through any other concerns I have while checking for any safety issues. I plan to use Cool Hand for some more work we need done they were great at breaking down cost, the estimated time a job could take, if only partial power would need to be turned off, and offering monthly payments if needed. Along with offering different options especially if I was unable to afford the most expensive option.Also important to note -- my dogs were at ease with Shiloh. They of course barked when someone new came to the house but they could tell I felt safe so they calmed down while he worked around the house. My dogs don't always do that when I have called different repair companies so that meant a lot to me since safety is a huge concern of mine. Shiloh also spoke very highly of the owner and his coworkers which made me happy. I like supporting local businesses that do amazing work and that are good to their employees.
