Been having some fun in the shop with this one! 🪵🧩

Another custom puzzle board coming together, complete with a nice raised edge and built-in drawers to keep everything organized. I love seeing these projects come together, especially when the wood grain gives each piece its own character.

Thinking about getting a puzzle board of your own? Shoot me a message! Always happy to talk custom builds. 👊

Just finished this custom board. The client requested a custom base to fit a lift desk and a tilting work surface. Made from an absolutely beautiful ambrosia maple this might be one of my favorite builds to date. The tilting work, lazy susan and adjustable table that it will live on gives so many work positions for the most comfortable puzzle experience you can get!! Contact me for your custom board at

This is still a work in progress but I just have to share this Ambrosia Maple puzzleboard I'm working on. I am absolutely in love with the character in the grain pattern. I can't wait to see the final result after I put a few coats of finish on it!!

Another puzzle board headed out the door!
This one features a maple build with darker wood accents, black felt, four drawers, and a pull-out workspace underneath. A lot of little details went into this one, and I really like how it all came together.
Always cool seeing a piece go from a pile of lumber to something someone will actually use for years.
Thanks for supporting SCO Productions and letting me keep doing what I love.

Work in progress. Really liking how this one is turning. Walnut accents, 4 drawers, lazy susan and base. Still need to do final sanding, add finish and final assembly. Just wanted to share progress pics since I think this one is turning out so well!!

Oversized Puzzle Board

This one is built for the serious puzzler. 🧩

A custom oversized puzzle board with a soft black felt work surface and a beautiful hardwood frame. Plenty of room to spread out, sort pieces, and leave your puzzle set up between sessions.

Big puzzles deserve a big workspace.

I had some scrap walnut left over and my wife has a lot of knick knacks. Seems like easy math to me
