Helping keep our community clean, one mile at a time.

Last week, 24 employees from MEI Total Elevator Solutions’ Mankato facility volunteered for a local Highway Clean-Up, removing litter and helping keep area roadways clean and welcoming. Their time and effort reflect MEI’s commitment to giving back to the communities where employees live and work. Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and helped make a difference.

At the NAEC Fall Convention last week, Margaret Lourenco spoke on behalf of Smart Elevator Tech, a division of MEI Total Elevator Solutions, sharing her expertise on elevator pit ladder code requirements. As more states adopt the 2022 code, it’s increasingly important for field mechanics to understand these requirements and how they impact installations.
