Jerron’s laying down seed, the grade is looking sharp, and we’ve got the water flowing where it’s supposed to—away from the house, not into it. 👌

Only concern on site today? Jerron appears to be a little overdressed for the weather. Usually this guy treats shirts like they’re optional equipment. 😂

Back at the apartments in New Prague giving these units a much-needed refresh. 👊

✅ Popcorn ceilings removed
✅ Ceilings sanded & skim coated
✅ Cracked corner bead replaced
✅ Kitchen walls demoed
✅ New Sheetrock installed

A lot of work goes into making old apartments feel brand new. One room at a time, we’re getting them ready for their next chapter. 🔥

Translation: making dirt look expensive. 🤝😂

One guy with a grade rod, one machine operator, and 47 people driving by wondering what’s taking so long.

By tonight it’ll look like a yard.
By tomorrow someone will ask, ‘So when does the house go up?’ 😅

🎥 Apartment Glow-Up in Progress 🏢✨

If these walls could talk, they’d probably be asking for a fresh coat of paint too. 😅

The crew’s been putting in work in New Prague—walls sanded, patched, textured, and officially ready for paint. Every surface gets masked off because nobody likes cleaning up a mess that didn’t need to happen in the first place.

It’s not the flashy part of the job, but the prep work is what separates a quick paint job from a proper refresh. 👌

A few days from now these apartments are going to look like they hit the reset button.

Drop a 🎨 if you’ve ever underestimated how much work happens before the paint even comes out.

Tuesday evening at the barndo addition. 🔨

The crew was knocking out soffit while everyone else was thinking about dinner. The windows still need to be cut in, so if it looks a little funny… relax, we know. 😂

Big shoutout to Rush River Steel. Their stuff shows up, fits where it’s supposed to fit, and doesn’t make grown men start inventing new swear words. That’s about the highest compliment a jobsite can give.

Every project has that stage where the neighbors drive by and think, “What exactly are they building?” We’re currently in that stage.

Give it a few more weeks and it’ll all make sense. 👌

POV: You pour concrete on Saturday and Mother Nature clocks in on Monday. 🌧️😂

Saturday: “We’re ahead of schedule.”
Monday: “Should we stock fish in it?”

Before the comments start—yes, the slab is saw cut. It was HOT during the pour, and the concrete guys recommended cutting it to help control cracking. Concrete is gonna do concrete things, and we’d rather be in charge of where it cracks.

The crew is enjoying an involuntary day off while the job site auditions for a spot on Lake Minnesota.

Materials hit the site later this week, and barring any more weather plot twists, we’re framing Monday.

Stick around… this one goes from swimming pool to house in about 7 days. 👀

Friday Flashback: Monday at Denali. ☀️

ARMZ Plumbing was getting the underground in, the guys were finishing the lifts and bringing the garage up to height, Gary was fresh off an MVP performance in the excavator getting everything backfilled, and the walk-behind was putting in overtime.

Construction time is weird.

Blink once and it’s Monday.
Blink again and it’s Friday.

Anyone else have no idea where this week went?
