Foundation day on this new modular home build.

GWJ Contracting is the general contractor on this project, handling the site work, excavation, coordination, and overall project flow from the ground up.

A lot has to happen before the home ever gets set — clearing, layout, access, fill, grade work, foundation prep, and keeping each stage ready for the next trade.

Next step is allowing the foundation concrete to cure, stripping forms, then moving into rough backfill and final site preparation so the modular home can be set.

Good progress on a clean new-build site.

Beautiful day for a demo. ☀️

Today we’re tearing down and cleaning up a barn that collapsed during the storm. We’ll be loading the debris out with the track loader and getting everything into dumpsters so the property can be cleaned up safely and efficiently. 💪🚜
