I want to, first of all, say a huge thank you to the Kaley family for giving us the opportunity to help bring their dreams to life and be a major part of this project! We got the truck the end of August ‘25 and started by getting the front end sitting down where it belonged with an axle and our air ride system as well as started tear down for the paint shop. Two days into it, with the rust situation under the old fifth wheel slider, they decided we should do a cutoff. We found a 2017 AG400L cutoff that was in excellent shape. We brought it back and did all new wheel seals and stripped all the plumbing off of it and got it welded up and replumbed from the cab back with all new brake valves and plumbing. The driver’s side door was bad shape as well so we ended up getting a good used one to swap it out with. Next we found a good used, already replaneled sleeper that needed all the interior structure. We swapped all that over from the old bunk and reworked the closet and shelving a little to make it work for what they wanted. We got a new Jones Performance hood for it,then sent it off to where they helped us out with all the paint and body work on the truck. After paint we brought it back to start assembling it. hooked us up with all new step boxes, mirror brackets, visor, grille screen, and 7 grille bars. We put new fuel tanks on from along with 6” stainless straps. We did a full exhaust system as well as a blind mount, mitered end 20” bumper. We fabbed up the half fender brackets and tied that all together with a set of 80” half fenders. did most of the stainless work for us like the deck plate, cab and sleeper skirting, rear center panel, and his seamless, lighted, mudflap hangers. 717 Shine Shop did alot of polishing for us as well as .n.shine. wrapped it all up with a stripe design and graphics drawn up by . Its been a pleasure working with each and everyone involved on this project and a big thank you to the guys here in the shop as well!

Its been a busy past few weeks around the shop. Lamar Zimmerman brought us his 379 looking for a better ride. We did our 389 spring swap and air ride on the steer axle to get him riding lower and smoother. Next up we sent a chassis for a project were building off to L&S Painting to get painted before we plumbed and rewired it. Musser’s brought us one of their big ride to get the back end dialed in with an 18” drop panel, lighted flap hangers, and a stainless cross member cover. Lastly Good Country Fruit sent us one of their trucks to swap out the factory step boxes for a set of stainless 12 GA Customs boxes and a set of 6” Lincoln Chrome pipes. Big thanks you to for trusting us to help them with the lighting stage of this project. They brought us the truck and were looking for some extra lights to bring their customers vision to life. We added bumper lights, air cleaner lights, cowl panel lights, step lights, and added lights to each rear fender using our stainless billet base glass lights and on the rear of the air cleaner, 2” Trucklite lights. We wrapped up the project by slamming the factory visor. Thanks again for the opportunity and we look forward to working with you in the future!

Big thanks to Travis Weaver for dropping off his cool ride this week for a little attitude adjustment. We added our dual leveling valve air ride system on the front end and wrapped it up by adding 2 more lights to the rear of the sleeper. Big thanks to Lyndall for bring his big ride to us to freshen up. We started by removing his air cleaners and visor and sending them down to L&S to get repainted. They also painted a new set of hood fenders and painted a set of Shift fiberglass rear fenders as well. We then built and installed a stainless deck plate with 2 recessed boxed for his air/electrical hookups and his hydraulic hookups. We wrapped up the back end with a fresh 20” stainless drop panel as well and redid his cali hookups for him. Thanks for the business and we look forward to serving you in the future!

Here are a few projects we did the last few weeks. We had the privilege of changing out some exhaust for Kendall. We took his 5” muffler setup off and installed a set of 6” pipes. Next we swapped out his rear flap hangers for some painted steel ones that we built in house. Next up Good Country Fruit brought us two of their trucks. The first one got a new 20” miter end bumper to freshen up the front end and also a set of bumper braces. Next they brought us their W990 for a new 20” boxed end bumper on which we rewired the bumper lights and swapped out some LED strip lights for 6 betts lights under the cab and sleeper. Here’s a few more jobs that have been through the shop recently. Dusty brought us his white W900 to do a few changes to it. We started by adding our air ride on the steer axle, swapped out the factory cab lights for some glass lens bullet style lights, slammed the factory visor, added air breather panels with our stainless billet bases, swapped out the fender lights for some lollipop lights with a stainless delete plate, added bumper lights with our billet stainless bases, removed the side extensions on the sleeper, added 5 lights across the rear of the sleeper, installed a set of fenders with our HD blind mount brackets, and wrapped it up by swapping out the top stacks for some 5” flat tops. Next Brandon dropped his big ride back off for a fixed fifth wheel and a set of half fenders with out HD blind mount brackets as well. Lastly Null’s Towing dropped their latest addition to their fleet off for a few adjustments. We added a single air cleaner light and slammed the factory visor. I want to thank each of these customers that trusted us to take their rides to the next level!
