🏗️ Broadway Lofts Groundbreaking | Marysville, Kansas

Earlier this month, Frontier Development Group joined community leaders, project partners, and local stakeholders to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Broadway Lofts project in downtown Marysville.

This milestone marks the beginning of a multi-year effort to revitalize the historic Koester Block through a $4 million rehabilitation project that will preserve these iconic buildings while creating 12 moderate-income rental housing unitson the upper floors.

The project includes façade improvements, window restoration and replacement, roof replacement, significant utility upgrades, and the installation of a new elevator. Existing commercial tenants will remain in operation throughout construction, ensuring these storefronts continue serving the community while the upper floors are transformed into much-needed housing.

Projects like Broadway Lofts are only possible through strong partnerships and a shared commitment to community revitalization. We extend our thanks to Kansas Housing Resources Corporation, Kansas Department of Commerce, Kansas Historical Society, the City of Marysville, CES Group, United Bank & Trust, and the many partners helping make this project a reality.

We're excited to get started and look forward to sharing progress along the way.

🚧 Progress is underway in Marysville! 🚧

Selective demolition has officially begun on our Broadway Lofts project. This historic renovation will bring much-needed housing to the community while preserving and showcasing the character and historic features that make these buildings so special.

We’re proud to be part of breathing new life into a piece of Marysville’s history and look forward to sharing more updates as the project moves forward!
