This was an already finished basement we put the finishing touches on in Channahon:

*Stone veneer work on accent wall, pillars, and around bar.

*Mounted TV and installed firepalce

*Kitchen cabinets & backsplash.

*Doors, baseboards, casing, and finished trim work around bar.

*Tile work in shower.

*Removed whirlpool tub and replaced with walk in shower including mirrored inlays, soap niche, body jets, shower wand, grab bar, and bench.
*Added linen cabinet.
*Removed corner shower and added sink and vanity.
*Matching additional vanity.
*Tile floor with new trim.
**Client asked for a "book tree" as an extra, I think we pulled it off with a butcher block bench and floating shelves.

*Standard sink replaced with floating double sinks-rerouted plumbing to accomodate

Before and after master bath-demo'd and updated in Joliet:
*Shower space elongated with corner bench and soap niche.
*Tub deck eliminated and replaced with a freestanding tub and soap niche.
*A more functional his and her vanity to replace the old.
*Swing door replaced with a pocket door with mirror to accommodate for larger shower.

**Client also threw in a last minute board and batten wall in the entry way on the main floor.
