7th Street is a study in precision: herringbone firebrick laid true, a stairwell framed to let light travel through every level, a primary bath finished in oak and Carrara marble with not a seam out of place.

Most clients don't know what's happening on their project between calls. Ours do. Every week, directly from their project managers.

This week, Chase oversaw basement walls forming, coordinated trades for the next concrete pour, passed structural observation, and scheduled the City inspection for early next week. Basement walls go in the following morning.

Behind the scenes: sourcing decisions on the sliding door system, wine cellar design under review, millwork pricing coming next week.
