Last week, Command Construction participated in something that hasn’t happened at DOTD in almost 20 years – we flipped a coin to see who was going to be awarded a project!
Command and Barriere both submitted the exact same number on a drainage project in New Orleans and by calling “tails” Command was awarded the project!

CCI and Intertek-PSI (our testing partner) were recognized by the ACI as the Rehab Project winner for the W Metairie project. In addition, we were chosen that night for The People’s Choice award. 
Putting in a street is not as sexy as building an architecturally designed building, but we are proud of the work we do to help the community with drainage, roadway, and infrastructure projects like W Metairie. 
Command wants to thank all of our partners on this project, including all our subcontractors and suppliers, especially Landrieu Conctete who kept the concrete coming as you see in this photo.
Hard hats off to our superintendent and all of the Command employees for their successful completion of this project !
