Complete transformation on this Mandeville Lakefront home.
We turned the attic into living space adding a media room, two bedrooms, full bath and oak staircase. We also reconfigured the 1st floor living area for a larger utility room, additional large master closet, master bathroom update, bar, and much more! A total of 650 living square footage was added to this home!
A couple other upgrades you cant see from the photos is the tankless water heater conversion, new variable speed AC system, and foamed attic!
