Congratulations to , the architects behind the River Chase II office building, on receiving the 2026 AIA New Orleans Merit Award in the Commercial, Large-Scale category for their architectural design of the project!

We’re especially proud to see their work on our office recognized with this award. Kent Design Build was honored to partner with EskewDumezRipple and Stirling on the ex*****on of this project, working together to bring their vision for our new home to life.

From groundbreaking to ribbon cutting, we’re grateful and excited to be a part of bringing the new Orthopedic Urgent Care & Therapy Clinic to Youngsville!

Located just minutes from the Youngsville Sports Complex, this new facility brings walk-in orthopedic urgent care, on-site digital X-rays, physician evaluation spaces, and physical and occupational therapy together under one roof.

We’re thankful for the opportunity to help bring this important healthcare resource to the Youngsville community and proud to see the doors officially open!

We are proud to celebrate the completion of the new .Seafood restaurant. This project is a 14,660-square-foot facility, designed to support its restaurant and seafood operations.

The new space features a welcoming dining area and seafood market, offering customers an enhanced experience as well as fresh local seafood.

Congratulations to our interns on completing another great summer with Kent Design Build!

Last week, we recognized our interns across both our Lafayette and Covington offices as they gave presentations highlighting what they learned and experienced throughout the summer.

As our internship program continues to grow each year, we’re proud to invest in the next generation of our industry and provide opportunities for students to gain valuable, hands-on experience. We’re equally grateful to each of them for choosing to invest their time, energy, and talents in our team this summer.

Today, our Lafayette office celebrated our summer intern, Nick! 🎉

It's hard to put into words the impact Nick had on our team this summer. He brought smiles, laughter, and an energy that made every day a little better.

Along the way, Nick learned about take-offs and all things construction, geared up in his PPE to walk jobsites with our Project Managers, and got a firsthand look at how our projects come together. Whether he was helping out around the office or keeping everyone's spirits high, Nick was truly the life of the party!

When we asked Nick what his favorite part about work was, he was quick to answer: eating lunch in the breakroom with the Lafayette team! So we decided to make his last lunch special! 😊

We're going to miss seeing him around, but we're so thankful for the memories he helped create.

A few weeks ago, our team had the privilege of spending the morning at Camp Tiger Paw in Mandeville.

Camp Tiger Paw is a week-long summer day camp held annually at St. Timothy's. It's an incredible program where teens and adults with disabilities are paired one-on-one with student volunteers for a week of fun, friendship, and inclusion.
