🧺🌸 LAUNDRY, BUT MAKE IT LOVELY! 🌸🧺

The laundry may never end… but at least the room can look this good! 😉🤍✨

Beautiful storage, a spacious folding counter and soft feminine touches make this everyday space feel special. 🏡💛

The details behind this design:
🤍 KOVILLE Slim Shaker White cabinetry
✨ MSI Calacatta Miraggio Cove quartz — 3 cm
🪵 MSI Prescott Fauna luxury vinyl plank flooring
💡 Wood floating shelves with warm accent lighting
🌸 Delicate floral wallpaper and gold hardware
🪟 A white café-height shutter paired with a soft pink flat Roman shade

We love how the shutter covers the lower window while the raised Roman shade adds softness above! 🎀☀️

Let Avalon Marble help you bring your cabinets, countertops and flooring together. For the window treatments, ask about our sister company, Blinds & Shades Plus! 🤍

☕☀️ TOASTY TUESDAY: JESS TELLS ALL!

Your tea should be hot. Your living room? Not so much. 🥵😂

Honey, if you need sunglasses to watch TV and your favorite chair feels like it’s been preheated, we need to talk about your windows. 🪟😎

That sunshine is pretty… until it starts acting like it pays the mortgage.

Here’s the tea on shades and comfort: 👇

🪟 SOLAR SCREEN SHADES
Help reduce glare and incoming solar heat while preserving some of your view. Fabric color and openness affect performance, so choosing a screen involves more than picking something pretty!

🐝 CELLULAR SHADES
Those honeycomb-shaped pockets trap air and help insulate your windows, giving your room a little extra protection from the temperature outside.

⏰ TIMING MATTERS
Lower your shades BEFORE direct sunlight starts heating up the room. Motorized schedules can help—because remembering one more thing isn’t exactly on anybody’s wish list. 📱😂

💡 DARKER DOESN’T AUTOMATICALLY MEAN COOLER.
Blocking visible light and controlling heat aren’t the same thing. The material, construction, fit, and direction your windows face all matter.

💁‍♀️ JESS SAYS:
“Honey, if your living room’s so hot the hens are laying boiled eggs… you need to cover them windows!” 🐔🥚🥵🪟🤣

Let’s find window treatments that help your room feel comfortable AND look beautiful. ✨

👇 Which room in your house gets ridiculously hot in the afternoon? Tell me where the sun is showing out! ☀️🙄
