The WVUE Fox 8 Studio Buildout has been recognized by ENR with an Award of Merit in the Small Project category. Fox8 was redesigned into a 37,000-square-foot studio and office space for WVUE Fox8 News. The first floor is a state-of-the-art newsroom and two new studio areas dedicated to breaking news, investigative reporting, and sports. The second, third, and fourth floors were refurbished, with the installation of new flooring and carpet, and the removal of select partition walls to create more spacious office areas. Externally, a new steel structure supports six ground-level satellites and provide ten covered parking spaces

The Tulane University Hutchinson Seventh Floor Renovation has been named a 2026 Best Project by ENR Texas & Southeast in the Interior/Tenant Improvement category.

Following full demolition of the existing floor, the project delivered approximately 48,000 square feet of critical laboratory space, dedicated write-up areas, and modern offices for the Tulane School of Medicine. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were tied into a building that has housed the medical school since 1930, all while research continued on the floors above and below.

Robert Alost Hall at Northwestern State University has been recognized by ENR for Best Project in the Higher Education/Research category.

Alost Hall is a 72,000 SF multi-story classroom and administrative building at Northwestern State University. The building will consist of multi-purpose classrooms, teaching labs, simulation clinics, administrative offices, student collaboration spaces, and support areas. Teaching labs include a nursing skills lab with 10 beds. The simulation/clinic area will include a birthing suite, pediatric suite, and med surg suite, as well as an anesthesiology sim lab and a social work clinic.

When you can't pour the slab yet, you don't wait — you build around it.

The eastern half of Niagara Bottling's new facility housed core manufacturing equipment, so its slab couldn't be poured until plumbing, electrical, and trench drains were roughed in underground. Rather than let that hold up the schedule, our team poured casting beds and built the eastern tilt walls in parallel while that infrastructure went in. By mid-June, walls along the western half were poured directly on the finished slab, while the eastern walls cured on the casting beds nearby, ready to be lifted into place. Once ready, all 95 panels were erected on site in just three days.

The new 8,500-square-foot Boys & Girls Club in Covington has been built to provide local area youth with a vibrant space designed for growth and opportunity. What does it take to renovate an entire floor within an active hospital campus in only 90 days?

A proactive Preconstruction process, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges as they arise.

For the renovation to the 4th Floor of Tulane Medical Center’s Reily Pavilion, our team did just that. Preconstruction ran two months alongside design. Budgeting and value engineering happened while drawings were still in progress, so pricing matched design intent and construction could start the day the contract was signed. Demolition gutted the space down to structure in just four weeks. Most of the 90 days ran with the hospital open, with staff vacating only in the final phase. At peak, more than 60 workers shared the 8,000-square-foot floor and the space around it.
