A few pictures from our latest completed project. This is our take on a Modern Farmhouse with the huge covered front porch, the huge windows and a very large concrete patio out back. Check out the living room with its 16 foot ceilings and indoor/outdoor fireplace. I love the light features in the stairs and in the bathroom. This home has recessed lighting everywhere and I will get some pictures of how it looks at night from the new homeowner soon!

Sheetrock is done at the Modern Farmhouse build. Mudding starts tomorrow. I can’t wait to see the coffered ceiling and the indoor/outdoor fireplace completed!

Our latest project at 605 Shale Dr is close to schools and all the amenities in North Bismarck. This is our take on the Modern Farmhouse with a huge covered front porch. This home will have 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home has 1,764 sq ft per level with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor as well as the laundry. The large living room has 16 foot tall ceilings, an indoor/outdoor fireplace that allows for an unique entertainment experience between the living room and the covered deck. The home will have Quartz countertops throughout, Black Stainless Steel appliances and plenty of large Pella windows to flood the home with natural light.
