My mom got me a KitchenAid stand mixer and I’m already putting it to WORK 😂🤎

I bulk prepped cookie dough balls for the freezer and I think I ended up with about 60 cookies ready to go!! Of course we baked about 12 yesterday to enjoy too 😂🍪

So excited to have this thing — bulk meal prepping just got SO much easier!

Anyone else freeze their cookie dough?! 👀

My girls! 🐾🤎

Dutches is 3.5 years old and our Great Pyrenees, and Peaches is our 1-year-old Pyr/Pitbull mix with a little Anatolian Shepherd & German Shepherd sprinkled in there too 😂

These two are the sweetest girls and do such a good job working the farm, watching over everyone, and keeping us safe. Peaches is definitely the playful little sister though and is ALWAYS bothering Dutches trying to get her to play 😂 Poor Dutches just wants to relax half the time.

They’re so different but make the best team 🤍🐾

💔 LOOKING FOR A NEW GOAT COMPANION 🐐

Yesterday around 5:30 PM, completely out of nowhere, our sweet girl’s companion suddenly went blind and started showing some very strange neurological symptoms.

We called the vet and did everything we could to help her, but unfortunately, by this morning it was clear that she was suffering and there was no way back. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. 💔

We are still completely baffled by what happened. We don’t know if she got into something or if it was simply her time.

We decided to have her brought to UConn for a necropsy and toxicology testing to make sure there wasn’t something we’re unaware of that could put our other animals at risk. We’re hoping it was simply old age, but we want to be as careful as possible.

Now our 3½-year-old Nigerian Dwarf girl is suddenly alone, and we really don’t want her going into winter without a friend. 🥺

So we’re looking for a new friend/partner for her!🐐❤️

Ideally, we would love to find an intact male Nigerian Dwarf that could potentially become her mate and eventually give her the opportunity to have babies.

That being said, we’re absolutely open to other options if we aren’t able to find the right intact male. Our biggest priority is finding her a good companion so she isn’t alone.

Today’s farmers market haul! 🥖🍑

I ordered dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls & muffins from White Apron Bakery, then walked around the market and picked up a few things.

I LOVE their corn salsa, and I finally got my hands on the peach salsa! It’s usually sold out, but the bad weather worked in my favor 😂 & of course, can’t forget the pickles!
