Old-home charm, one tiny tile at a time ✨

This future laundry room is starting to come to life for this historic farmhouse remodel. I love how a classic tile choice can feel timeless and fresh… it’s exactly the kind of detail that belongs in an old home with a new chapter 🏡

So excited to see the progress happening on this one, and a big shoutout to Elemental Craftsmen for bringing it all together so beautifully. Can’t wait to share more as this space continues to take shape!

From linework to a little design visualization ✨

One thing I love about commercial design is balancing the pretty with the practical. After 8+ years of working on commercial spaces, I’ve learned how important it is to not only create something beautiful, but to make sure the layout, flow, scale, storage, and overall function actually make sense for the business using it every day.

That’s where plans come in. Visuals are helpful for showing the overall feel and direction, but the plans are what grounds the design and helps everyone understand the space more realistically before anything is built, ordered, or installed.

I’m so excited to be working with on this project and can’t wait to see this space come to life 🤎

Spring = new wallcovering drop from ✨

Really loving this mix of patterns and textures! It adds interest without feeling overwhelming. And thankfully, this isn’t the peel-and-pray vinyl from years ago (IYKYK 🫠)… install and removal are actually a breeze.

I tend to use wall vinyl in smaller applications where it can really stand out...powder rooms, laundry rooms, accent walls, or even feature areas in offices, retail, or hospitality spaces to bring in some texture and depth.
