🔨 Foundation Crack Repair Done Right 🔨

Water intrusion starts with small problems that are often hidden below grade. On this project, we addressed a foundation crack that extended all the way down to the footing.

✅ Excavated the area to fully expose the crack
✅ Ground out and properly prepared the damaged section
✅ Sealed the crack with hydraulic cement
✅ Applied multiple coats of liquid bituminous waterproofing membrane
✅ Installed a protective waterproofing sheet before backfilling

By repairing the crack from the exterior and restoring the waterproofing system, we provided a long-lasting solution designed to keep water where it belongs—outside.
