Congratulations to the Town of Reading, MA, the ground has been broken for the new Killam Elementary School!

The new school will serve students from preschool through fifth grade and bring the district's RISE preschool program together on one campus. We are excited to see the new school become a vibrant place for learning, connection, and community among students, faculty, and the broader community.

With an Energy Use Intensity (EUI) of 25.6 kBTU and a LEED Gold certification, the school showcases how thoughtful, sustainable design can make a meaningful impact on the students and faculty, as well as the entire community.

After 20 years of dedication, kindness, and making sure everything (and everyone) was taken care of, we gathered to celebrate the retirement of our Business Administrator, Bonnie Brown!
