Did you know that Legacy Septic has a scholarship program at several local public high schools? Today we celebrate Winters Mill 2026 graduate Ryan Mbeboh. Ryan was chosen in memory of Winters Mill student Jake Offutt who passed away from brain cancer. Ryan plans to become a neurosurgeon and Jake’s parents know that the world needs more doctors focused on this disease. Please join us in congratulating Ryan and in continuing to celebrate Jake

Legacy has been so pleased with the response to our cold weather, Little Food Pantry. There were so many donations (LOVED the food kits - BIG hit) and just as many folks who were benefitted. We recently moved the remaining inventory to Carroll County Association of Realtors Summer Food Drive. Look for us to start up again this Fall. We love our little place in Manchester and are always eager to serve the community. Thanks Again.
