On Tuesday evening we received a call from a customer stating that the boiler wasn’t working in their house and that there was no heat in the home.

We were able to get out there the next day to inspect the boiler, almost immediately found a bad draft inducer motor and got right to work finding the replacement motor. The trouble was that the supply house literally had 1 left in the whole company and it was going to take a couple of days to come in (Friday). Terrible time of year for this since it’s December and just a couple of weeks before Christmas!

We were able to pick the motor up on Friday as planned, made our way right over to the customers house and got right to work. Mark, the customer, was awesome to work with and was generous enough to make sure I had water and whatever else was needed. We replaced the draft inducer motor as quickly as we could and had the unit up and running as it should. The unit is now providing heat to the customers home and the family will be warm and happy for the holidays!

Emergency service call for no heat came in. After getting the boiler up and running in no time, a leak was found. Customer needed the boiler repaired as quickly as possible so we came out on a Sunday and got the job done!

Boiler is now up and running, providing heat to the home as it should be. No more leaks or wasted money/energy! Customer is extremely happy, and so are we!

Service call this afternoon. Customer called with a boiler issue. Had them up and running in less than 15 minutes. Now the boiler is heating and the house is nice and warm. Apologies for forgetting the after shot of the unit running. Customer was very happy

Edit: Went back to customers house to quote something completely different and got the shots of the unit running as it should 💪🏻
