The business is owned by Dwight Kapuniai, who brings over 15 years of experience in the industry. Along the way, Dwight’s had the privilege of learning from some of the best builders out there. Originally from California, Dwight’s family moved

from Hawaii in 1957, and the name “HI-Quality” is a nod to his Hawaiian heritage—“HI” stands for Hawaii, a place that’s close to his heart. In 2022, Dwight moved to Michigan with his wife and two daughters, and since then, he’s been bringing his strong work ethic and passion for building to the local community. As a hardworking father, Dwight’s committed to providing for his family and making the American Dream a reality, which drives everything he does—both at work and at home.
