Last Friday, we held our Employee Appreciation BBQ, which included raffles, dodgeball, soccer darts and a dunk tank!

Thank you to The Common Man Roadside Market & Deli for catering the event once again!

Special thanks to Ronnie for volunteering for the dunk tank, and helping raise $10,000 for Liberty House, a local organization that supports veterans.

Earlier this month two of Longchamps’ own, Ella Parker and Magen Lynch were recognized Associated Builders and Contractors New Hampshire/Vermont Construction Magazine March 2026 for Women in Construction Week (March 1-7, 2026).

Through their hard work and perseverance, they help break barriers and inspire the next generation of women in the construction industry. Their contributions not only strengthen our team but also highlight the importance of diversity and inclusion in building a stronger future.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Bob Longchamps, founder of Longchamps Electric.

Bob founded the company on March 1, 1974, and dedicated 41 years to building it—working every day until his retirement in 2015. He built Longchamps Electric on hard work, integrity, and treating people the right way.

Our company’s culture, reputation, and success are a direct result of Bob’s vision and leadership. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy lives on through the company he built and the people he impacted.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Bob’s family and loved ones.
