We just completed another annual OMI Safety Day. This year we focused on mental health, fall protection, ladder work, and PPE.

This is a senior role for an experienced commercial HVAC construction professional — someone who knows the work and is ready to take ownership of complex projects while helping develop the next generation of project managers around them.

We're looking for 10+ years of commercial HVAC construction PM experience, deep hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, and sheet metal, and a genuine interest in passing that knowledge on.

OMI plumbers have been non-stop this summer.

The team has been putting in the work across a long list of active projects, including many new underslab rough-ins. They’ve been doing great work despite hot and humid conditions.

We’ve been lucky to grow our plumbing team this season with a number of new skilled tradesmen who are helping us deliver for our growing list of customers.

We can’t end the summer without shouting out our Service Team.

Through long days, high temperatures, emergency calls, routine maintenance, and special installations, our technicians have continued to show up for our customers and one another.

Some things are too good to keep hidden. We want to shout out our Estimating & Preconstruction Team for their great work.

This team plays a huge role in making OMI’s success possible. They have driven major year-over-year growth for our Construction Division for years. They keep the field teams busy with a great mix of work across the trades and different project types, from multi-family to healthcare to mixed use development.

We have had a busy 2026 because of them - and 2027 is shaping up to be another great year too.

The first half of 2026 has been a strong one at OMI, and it's thanks to our incredible team for going the extra mile and striving to be better than yesterday.
