Replaced approximately 10 to 12 stones. Hammered old box(ribbon) joint off and re-installed it. Old world details.
Call for all stone foundation repairs and waterproofing. 314-687-0176

Tuckpointed the exterior of the entire porch. Spot point inside. Concrete repair over the walkout door. Power washed, no brick cleaning chemicals. All the work was cut and brushed.

Some of the foundation stones are deteriated. Pull out the bad stones and replace with new stones.

Chimney had missing bricks. Took down what was necessary and relayed to proper height. Had to use different brick for the top. The crown checked on me, so I had to caulk it. It was a long day, and didn't have the daylight to baby it. Installed a hood.

Finally got all the dirt put back in the hole. After a month of being in limbo due to weather conditions. Graded the yard. Connected new drainage outlet. Seed and straw before this rain. Scaffolding to be erected next.

Dismantled the chimney. Installed rafters and plywood. Roof it tomorrow.

Pounded the ground one foot at a time as I filled it with dirt. Got the downspouts re-connected. The street is higher than the bottom of the footing so I put the drainage level at 32" below ground level. I tried to finish before the frost set back in
I didn't make it. Gotta wait till it warms up to finish the dirt work.
