Finished this one up today. Didn’t get a before picture but there was 2 dormers on this home that was removed and it also had green metal on it and the home owner wanted a different look and a face lift so they went with the classic black metal. It made for a major difference in the look of this home.

Finished up this two-story house today. The home owner was having major water issuesaround the chimney on the lower level so we built a small cricket to turn the water out from pooling up behind it. (You can see in the pictures)

Finished up this home today with a new metsl roof snd a porch roof redo. I forgot to get some before and after pictures but we redone the back porch, it was to different levels so we brought the lower one up to meet up and level out the complete porch roof. The split level porch had been an issue with leaks since she had it first built. But that issue has now been fixed.

Got this house under a new metal roof and in the dry. We also cover her she shed around back behind the house. We also removed the chimney from the house where leaks had been. She also had an addition put on the back of the house and had a lot of issues with leaks and that now is fixed with zero leaks.

Here is a 36 x 70 we recently finished up.
The end with the wrap around porch will be living quarters. It is fully insulated with steel trusses.
The colors are black and charcoal backed with a 40 year warranty on the paint from East Kentucky Metal.
The design of this pole barn really turned out great

Got this double wide under a new metal roof today. We put down a v***r barrier under the metal as well.
