This one was a mess! This customer had a crew to fix their damaged and sagging floors, and they left a big mess! We came in, started from scratch with new joists supported by the foundations that were in good shape, solid subfloor, new wood floors and fireplace, drywall, trim and paint! No more falling through the living room floor.

We took apart another rotting wooden deck and replaced it with this fully sealed, composite deck and we wrapped any exposed wood with metal leaving a seamless, watertight build to last a long long time!
