We designed this 2,000 sf home (configured in either a 2 or 3-bedroom layout with a ground floor primary bedroom suite) that takes advantage of the sloping terrain to create a "drive out" basement with additional carport and a wrap-around deck. The interior layout includes a loft space, vaulted living room/kitchen, and an "at grade" entry with mudroom on the main living level of the home.
