Just finished up this gorgeous Trex deck, and we got it completed just in time for our customer’s birthday!

This was a project I was especially excited about because they’re a younger couple, much like my wife and me. It made it that much more rewarding to create a space they can enjoy together, entertain family and friends on, and make memories for years to come.

We’re extremely happy with how this one turned out and even happier to have been a part of creating something they’ll be able to enjoy for many years.

Happy birthday, and congratulations on the new deck!

Just finished up this beautiful covered rear porch and stamped concrete patio combination, complete with fresh sod and a new flower bed to tie everything together.

From our very first meeting through the entire construction process, this family has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We’re proud of how the exterior transformation came together, and we’re excited to continue working with them inside their home as we complete a full interior paint project.

It’s always rewarding when one project turns into a lasting relationship. Thank you for trusting MPS Construction with your home!

Wrapping up this beautiful 16’ x 20’ covered rear porch, and the pictures truly don’t do justice to the size and detail of this project.

This porch features Trex Jasper decking, Trex black powder-coated aluminum railing, a custom-stained tongue-and-groove ceiling, and crisp white PVC trim throughout.

We’re incredibly proud of how this project turned out, but what made it even better was getting the opportunity to build it for such an amazing family. Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do at MPS Construction.

Another beautiful outdoor living space built to be enjoyed for years to come!

Also within the next few weeks a beautiful stamped concrete patio will finish off this outdoor space.

Today was a huge success — 2x Virginia State Champion in both the Open and Sub-Master 198 lb divisions, and I officially broke the Virginia State bench press record.

At MPS Construction, we don’t just build — we break records too. 💪🏆

Just a heads-up to everyone: David will be out of the office Thursday through Sunday as he heads to the Virginia State Powerlifting Championships! 💪

And this isn’t just any competition—David will also be attempting to break the all-time Virginia bench press record for his weight class! 🏆

We’re wishing him the best of luck as he takes the platform and goes after a new state record!

Wrapping up this beautiful deck for one of our returning customers, just have to tighten up the cables for the cable railing, finish the trim and stairs, as well as haul off all the construction debris.

A really good client of ours bought an investment property and using it as an Airbnb and I wanted to help share it for them. What a quite relaxing weekend get away.

Just finished a guest bathroom for an amazing family; working with them was so enjoyable and they treated me so kindly from start to finish. Also, we already have another project booked with them for January!

Forgot to post this updated picture now that the paver patio is finished, of a 16x24’ Trex deck with a Trex Rain Escape water drainage system, wrapped in Trex fascia, and finished ceiling to give the customer a multi-tier entertainment space.
