From above, a tear-off looks like controlled chaos — stripped decking, stacked bundles, tools scattered across every angle of the roof. On the ground, it's the opposite: harnessed in, focused, and moving with a rhythm that only comes from doing this thousands of times.
This is what most of our work actually looks like. Not the finished photo — the middle of it, where the real craftsmanship happens: reading the deck, catching problems before they become leaks, and getting every layer right before the first shingle goes down.
