Some photos of a home we recently finished with a very cool final touch added as an outdoor shower enclosure on the upstairs balcony, dubbed the “cage”…

Starting a full renovation in Delray, great view toward the ocean and one overlooking a house we recently built on the intracoastal side.

Capping the top floor of 801 N Atlantic, the roof, which is “Precast” in this case will serve as a entertainment area with putting green an elevator access. That’s a first for us, the elevation will be about 4’-0 higher than the home we recently completed and sold directly to the North.

Fantastic transformation, the only remaining parts are some of the exterior walls. We blew out all exterior windows and doors and transformed the traditional facade to a transitional feel. The inside, everything gone to the block walls, then let’s just say it’s been personalized. The entire top floor of this 9,000 sfac home is a Master suite with office.

Setting the Hollow core floor at 801 yesterday and today. That’s a 100 ton crane, not exactly like swinging wood trusses with a Stinger crane, for those who can identify. This home will have one more lift for the 2nd floor then a roof hangout area on top.
