After the nor’easter, I reached out to some clients to see if I can lend a hand, as I did before the storm started. From homes completed over six months ago, to jobs that are scheduled 3-4 months from now. Being that I’m local, why not save some of them a 10 hour round trip, and most of them some unnecessary worry?
Decided to take the family for the ride to show the kids what Mother Nature can do!
We spend weeks and sometimes months in our clients’ homes, usually building relationships that last long after the final walkthrough; by trying treat you like family, and your home like our own. Which is why I just wouldn’t feel right sending that invoice for billable time, at times like this… where most would.
Construction is a business, but we’re big on reputation, relationships and community. Sometimes you simply Have To show up when someone needs you, whether there’s nothing to bill for, even when there is.
Wishing well for everyone on the island. 🙏 this was wild.. Feel free to reach out if we can help out in any way.
A special shoutout to the first responders on the Island and throughout the surrounding areas. You guys are great at what you do, and we appreciate you!
