What a transformation….Scroll through…. This garage door was really hurting for some time, love, and care “TLC.” After some lite sanding and cleaning using a TSP solution and some wood filler, we applied a coat of Benjamin Moore “Stix” primer tinted to the final color. This is a bonding primer we use to achieve optimal adhesion. Then one coat of “Regal - Soft Gloss” as a top coat (Color = Bm Woodacres).

Revamped an outdoor shower on this past spring. The shower had ball valves to turn on the hot and cold water. This is dangerous because it can scald someone if the hot is open too much. We removed them and put an anti-scald shower dial made by Delta, which automatically controls the water temperature if the temperature exceeds 120 degrees. We also installed a new Delta shower head and new hose spigots. All the pipes were enclosed with PVC trim boards that can easily be removed if there’s an issue, but hides the ugliness.

Recently repainted the exterior of this waterfront three seasons room. After removing some old caulk and power washing the area, one coat of Benjamin Moore “Stix” (a bonding primer to ensure optimal adherence) was applied. One top coat of BM Regal exterior soft gloss was applied as well.

Recently removed the old cedar decking on this home and installed new decking. We used stainless steel screws to attach the new decking. The old decking was attached with galvanized nails and many were non existent because the salt air corroded them away. Along the coast it is important to use the right materials to deal with the elements and salt air.

Happy final day of Spring! This was a project we completed this Spring. Removed all the old pressure treated decking and railing tops and installed TimberTech decking “Boardwalk” finish. Screws and plugs were used so you don’t see any screw heads.

Assembled a gazebo kit the past few days from Costco…. We rarely take on ”kit” projects. This one was challenging but came out great!

Here’s another pair of entry doors installed ✅✅. These are thermatrudoors made with a composite frame, composite brick molding, and fiberglass door slab to hold up to the elements at the shore. The factory finish on the doors is a color called “Estuary.” Sharp looking doors.
