After -During- Before….. swipe through the pictures and check out the transformation. This is a ThermaTru fiberglass smooth star door with Dark Maple stain over oak grain. Absolutely gorgeous door and the jamb, frame, and molding is all composite, PVC!

Happy belated first day of Spring. Throw back to a deck we resurfaced last year. This is Azek TimberTech “Coastline” pvc decking. The homeowner wanted to keep the “old nostalgic feel” of the house and chose to keep the railings in place. We replaced the top rail going around. Stay tuned for another deck resurface project this Spring.

Refinished a small set of interior railing. We used a warm TSP cleaning solution first to clean them. This is a powerful cleaning agent to remove grime and grease that is ideal for cleaning before painting. We used Benjamin Moore “Command” satin for the top coat for a durable high performance finish.

🌞Thinking back to warmer days this fall when we completed an exterior face lift ✅. We added PVC 1X3 lengths over every seam on the exterior of the house around the perimeter over the Hardie board. This gives a “board and batten” appearance but more importantly it covers the seams that were opening up so they can be sealed. We power washed the whole perimeter, primed all of the Hardie Board, painted all of it with Benjamin Moore Element Guard (color - Silver Gray #2131-60), caulked all the seams and installed the PVC boards over the seams and caulked the PVC board all the way around the home.

Popcorn ceiling removal, lots of drywall repairs, painting, and installing a new ceiling fan ✅. Extensive prep work was needed to give this room a new look. We use Festool sanding equipment, dustless system, on our jobs. Wall color is Benjamin Moore “Bashful Blue.”

We installed two new double units containing two double hung windows manufactured by Viwinco Inc just before things got real cold again 🥶 These double units come mulled (welded) together from the factory to create one window frame made out of vinyl. Both of these units are “Cambridge” series replacement windows.
