Our Commercial Division had the privilege of restoring and rebuilding the iconic Ardsley Country Club in Dobbs Ferry, NY, delivering a complete transformation across 53,800 sq. ft.

The project features a new Southwest Main Dining Area with sweeping views, a modernized Northeast lounge and grille room, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with a viewing gallery and members’ entrance.

Additional highlights include a full gut and remodel of the men’s locker room, a new wet bar, and updated administrative areas.

As the builder, Murphy Brothers Contracting collaborated with Crozier Gedney Architects and C2 Limited Design Associates . Honored to have this project recognized with the HOBI Award for Best Commercial Restoration.
