McPadden Builders McPadden Builders is a family owned company offering new construction, custom houses and high quality home building services in New York's Capital Region.

Matt McPadden started his building career working with a builder on a solar designed home. Next, he worked hands on learning all the different trades working with a renovation contractor in Niskayuna. As the quantity of work started to increase, he hired carpenters to continue to grow. Being that there was a large demand for good quality house framing in the early 2000's, McPadden Builders captured much of that market and has framed many of the area builders’ houses. At that point McPadden started building single family homes start to finish, ranging from entry level homes designed to meet a budget all the way to custom designed estate homes.
