MLB serves a highly selective client base as Construction Manager, General Contractor, Design/Build Contractor, or Developer from its corporate headquarters in New York’s Capital Region, and from its regional office in North Carolina. Most of MLB work is for the private sector, particularly educational, healthcare, museums and other non-profit institutions that build with the future in mind and require quality construction.

From the Sundowner to The Cardinal Nest…

Our team renovated the Angell College Center’s dining areas, food service spaces and convenience store. The upgrades include new food stations for sushi, pizza and pasta, a revamped Cardinal Market with a bakery, Starbucks and grab-and-go meals, and a new home for Halal Shack.

A shoutout to Edge Architecture whose design was recognized in American School & University’s 2025 Architectural Portfolio. 🏆

We're excited to welcome a new team member to our New York office! 🎉

Nick earned his Master's degree in Accounting from Siena University and recently achieved another very important milestone by passing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Exam. Before joining our team, Nick spent five years at a local public accounting firm, most recently serving as a Senior Accountant. He's excited to bring his experience to MLB and looks forward to getting to know the team and growing with the company.

As Controller, Nick will work alongside our accounting team to oversee financial reporting, provide technical accounting expertise, and help strengthen our accounting processes. He'll also work with the team and other departments to help ensure our financial information is accurate, timely, and useful in supporting the company.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys watching basketball, trying new local restaurants with family , and taking his dog on hikes and exploring new places together!🌄
