This is why we don’t always recommend just replacing old fiberglass insulation. Over time, moisture and air movement can cause it to fall down and stop doing its job.

In this case, we’ll be removing all of the old insulation and converting the crawl space into a sealed, insulated space with closed-cell spray foam.

Every house is different, but sometimes solving the problem is better than just replacing what failed.

If you’ve got cold floors, high heating bills, or a crawl space that hasn’t been looked at in years, we’d be happy to take a look.
