Now hiring a full time entry level Yard/Shop Labor Hand. This would be a great opportunity for a recent high school graduate or someone trying to get their foot in the door to learn a new trade. This is not an advanced position. Advancement opportunities to learn new skills and to be transferred out to a jobsite will be an option as progress continues and field positions open.
Location: Malakoff, TX.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7am – 5pm (occasional Saturdays, as needed)
Compensation: Payrates are confidential, however can be discussed further with our Shop Foreman Brant Schoenleber at 903-489-2783. (After a 90-day probationary period, an increase in pay is possible depending on work performance.)
Benefits: All full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance after 60 days of employment. Paid holidays, as well as paid vacation and sick time are available after 1 year of employment.
Responsibilities include but limited to:
• Wash and rinse heavy construction equipment and vehicles using pressure/power washers, brushes, foams, detergents, degreasers, etc.
• Keep shop and yard clean at all times, including sweeping and picking up trash daily.
• Part Runner
• Experience pulling a trailer a plus
• Forklift Experience a plus
Expectations:
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be reliable and have dependable transportation.
• Must have Valid DL – An MVR will be completed to determine company driving eligibility.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and climb on/around equipment.
